2 cups walnuts (chopped)
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
Add a sheet of parchment paper on top of a cooling rack and grease lightly.
Heat the pan on medium heat and add the butter. Let the butter melt and let it cook until browned.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey to the pan. Whisk until well combine (about 1 minute).
Pour the walnuts into the pan and mix until evenly coated. Stir until the walnuts are lightly toasted.
Pour walnuts onto the cooling rack with parchment paper and let cool for at least 5 mins. Comb through the walnuts with a fork. Dive in immediately or store the walnuts at room temperature in your pantry.
